Dragon Explorer Unit, Taunton

Dragon Explorer Unit is based at Wilton in Taunton in Somerset. It is a brand new group which started up at Easter 2011.
The Unit is a branch of Taunton Deane Explorers and is based at the 1st Taunton (Wilton) Scout Hut.

Meeting time: Tuesdays 7-9pm and Thursdays 7-9pm
Meeting place: Wilton Scout Hut - the corrugated iron building behind the church hall on Fons George off Middleway in Wilton.

Explorer Scouts is for those aged 14-18. Why not join us? New members are always welcome.

We have an exciting programme of activities, camps, Ten Tors, DofE, expeditions, foreign camps, and much much more. Have a look through this website to get a flavour of what we do. And if there is something you would really like to do then you can influence the programme too! In Explorers the programme planning is really driven by the Explorers themselves so get your thinking hat on and let us know what activities you have always wanted to do.
